A Pennsylvania native, John holds a Finance degree from Villanova University. Before real estate he was Chief Concierge and Front Office Manager at Ian Schrager’s Royalton Hotel. Living in Manhattan for 30 years, with homes in the City and Garrison, NY. John is married and has a poodle named Bear. He is a very active volunteer at his Catholic Church, and in his community. He enjoys gardening, golf, theater, opera, and travel and currently sits on the Board of the off-Broadway Abingdon Theatre Company.

From a family of real estate owners/investors, T.J. has a passion for the industry that extended to his career. While at a major residential and commercial construction & development firm specialized in luxury properties, he provided effective sales, operational and administrative support to the owner, as well as for prominent Kushner Company projects like 38 Monroe Place, 27 Monroe and 100 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights. T.J. acquired insider knowledge of many facets of the business from property types, land acquisition, building materials, renovations and property conversions to client relations.
Prior to real estate, T.J. demonstrated his sales savvy and client service skills as a sales consultant, sales manager and personal trainer in the fitness world, where he consistently surpassed all sales objectives. Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, another great U.S. melting pot city, Fabio later left it all behind to come to New York without ever visiting before and couldn’t be happier. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in General Business Administration and pursued his deep passion for sales in the luxury fashion industry.
For almost a decade, Fabio was a top sales producer and stylist for such elite companies as Valentino, Louis Vuitton in Sydney Australia, Barneys, and others. As a brand ambassador for Saint Laurent at Neiman Marcus and Celine at Bergdorf Goodman, he achieved record-breaking numbers while substantially spearheading the multi-million-dollar businesses. Fabio reached the pinnacle of high-end sales as a fashion advisor for Chanel before taking the leap of faith into real estate.
